Position: EDI Specialist III
Location: 5128 Apache Plume Rd, Suite 400, Fort Worth, TX 76109 (Position is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.)
Responsibilities: Support EDI production lines that transmit and translate inbound and outbound business information through analysis, troubleshooting, implementing solutions, and maintaining data interchange systems via testing, mapping, and analyzing requirements. Define EDI communication standards and development per Accredited Standards Committee X12, with particular focus towards X12N – the development and maintenance of standards related to the insurance industry’s business activities. Work with CorVel’s software development team, as well as CorVel’s EDI Operations team, to resolve technical issues through the analysis of servers and database (through knowledge of SQL and C#) and the understanding of CorVel’s existing enterprise applications and business model. Create and maintain EDI maps in IBM Gen Tran and Azure Logic Apps (Azure Log Analytics, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Integration Services). Position will be headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
EDUCATION & EPERIENCE: Two years of experience in EDI systems and solutions as an EDI Analyst/Manager, Implementation and Support Manager or in a related position. Experience must include EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, VA, RND, TRADACOMS), common EDI communication protocols (VAN, AS/2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP), experience supporting production lines that transmit and translate inbound and outbound transactions; project management experience, DOS batch scripting language, and data encryption tools PGP. Position will be headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
