Summary:
In this role, you will implement and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) related solutions. You will provide technical support for existing EDI processes and systems including Dell Boomi, Sterling Integrator, Axway and other eCommerce related applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, develop, enhance, test, deliver and debug EDI related maps and processes.
- Develop, implement, and manage best practices for integrating and supporting trading partners.
- Establish and support trading partner connectivity to Vizient eCommerce systems.
- Assist in delivering timely support on trading partner issues and inquiries, leveraging existing EDI processes and systems.
- Collaborate with trading partners, software vendors, and other internal Vizient departments to successfully implement and support Vizient’s eCommerce solutions.
- Provide Level-2 support for EDI 24x7 Support Team.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of related EDI experience is required.
- Experience with XML, EDI, and flat file mapping is required.
- Knowledge of implementing Web Services required.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards supporting EDI transactions including 810, 850, 855, 856, and 832 preferred.
- Experience in developing maps and processes in Dell Boomi preferred.
- Industry knowledge of supporting communication protocols such as Applicability Statement 2 (AS2), and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) preferred.
- Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, and Groovy preferred.
- Dell Boomi Associate Developer certification preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare procure-to-pay processes a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
