Job Responsibilities:
- BOH positions include Grill, Shakes/Malt preparation, Fryers, and Toppings.
- FOH positions include Cashiers/Shift leads
- We are always looking for skilled potential Kitchen Managers to bring into our kitchens!
- Must be willing to do dishes as we are a team and everyone does their part!
- Must be able to follow the direction of the Kitchen Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Restaurant Manager including but not limited to; Prep, cleaning tasks, closing duties, cooking specs, and store organization.
- Must be able to give outstanding customer service, legendary hospitality, and be a team player!

Skills Required
- Willingness to do dishes and perform general cleaning tasks
- Ability to follow directions from Kitchen Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Restaurant Manager (prep, cleaning, closing duties, cooking specs, store organization)
- Provide outstanding customer service and legendary hospitality; be a team player
- Capability to work BOH stations (grill, fryers, shakes/malt preparation, toppings)
- Ability to perform FOH roles (cashier) and potential shift lead responsibilities
- Potential or experience to grow into Kitchen Manager roles
- Availability for full-time or part-time scheduling

My Burger is a family-owned burger joint operating 10 metro locations across the Twin Cities in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Launched in 2004, the restaurant specializes in serving a variety of fresh, high-quality burgers, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, along with a selection of cold drinks, offering a local dining experience to the community.
