We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful Manager to lead our Lagos office, taking full ownership of operations, team performance, and business growth across all EDC services.
Leadership & Operations
Take full ownership of day-to-day management of the Lagos EDC office.
Lead and supervise counsellors, admissions staff, and support teams to ensure service excellence.
Oversee client engagement processes, ensuring timely and accurate support from inquiry to visa/offer issuance.
Maintain compliance with company policies, partner requirements, and international visa/immigration regulations.
Develop and implement a structured business development strategy to grow admissions, visa consulting, and training services.
Conduct regular school visits (secondary schools, sixth forms, A-level colleges) to promote Lu Gold EDC services and recruit prospective students.
Build and manage a strong network of affiliates and referral partners, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and aligned with Lu Gold’s brand values.
Position Lu Gold EDC as a reliable and trusted partner by delivering consistent results, transparent communication, and a reputation for integrity in all dealings.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with universities, embassies, scholarship boards, and professional bodies.
Drive student recruitment campaigns, partnerships, and outreach events to grow business pipelines.
Seek out sponsorship and collaboration opportunities that expand the visibility of Lu Gold EDC in Lagos and across Nigeria.
Work closely with the Digital Strategy team to implement campaigns, events, and workshops.
Represent Lu Gold EDC at educational fairs, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Leverage resourcefulness and initiative to create visibility for EDC services in Lagos and beyond.
Manage office budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide performance updates to senior management.
Ensure profitability of the Lagos office through careful monitoring of conversions and client satisfaction.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred in Business, Education, or related field).
5+ years’ experience in education consulting, student recruitment, immigration advisory, or related services.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of taking initiative and driving results independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong understanding of global education systems, visas, and international student mobility.
Comfortable with technology (CRM tools, Zoho, MS Office, digital marketing platforms).
