BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
Job Description
- Collecting training needs, schedule and implement training courses and supporting all training activities, document archiving, training effectiveness management
- Support in organizing Department Events like Department meeting, Group Meeting, Workshops, Long year service celebration, Top performer.
- Support internal engagement activities: happy time, teambuilding,...
- Leading group English activities:
- Monitor learning course status
- English club (talking, sharing, presenting...)
- 1:1 mentoring
- Support department related activities
Qualifications
- 4th year student in Foreign Language, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Being able to join a full-time internship from Monday to Friday for 6 months.
- Excellent English education background with top result/certificates (Ielts, Toeic,..)
- Excellent in English communication (4 skills) with proven teaching/training experience
- Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Creative, proactive, independent
