Our Role
You will join our Business Transformation Business Analyst team which is focused on implementation and customization of the new core applications ecosystem which contains CPQ, Salesforce & ERP systems as main brand applications within the Arrow ECS EMEA region.
On a daily basis you will interact with internal and external stakeholders from different countries to develop and enhance our CPQ tool implementation.
Your role will be to cooperate with business clients, evaluate their needs and requests from a technical and functional point of view. Among your tasks, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and support of our business community as subject matter expert.
What you will be doing at ARROW:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder workshops and process analysis.
Analyze As-Is / To-Be processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements, standardization and automation opportunities.
Translate business requirements into clear BRDs and collaborate with IT on solution design.
Review and validate FDDs to ensure alignment with approved business requirements.
Define, manage and coordinate UAT and E2E testing, including test scenarios, defect management, and business sign-off.
Support deployment, go-live, training, and post-go-live activities.
Manage BA deliverables, risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple initiatives.
Build strong relationships with EMEA business and IT stakeholders across countries and functions.
Proactively identify issues, challenge requirements and solutions when appropriate, and drive actions to resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of capabilities, business processes, and BA ways of working.

We are looking for experienced professional with solid background in business analysis and CPQ projects. We are also looking for people who are naturally empathetic, eager to share their ideas and determined to solve problems, so analytical skills and attention to detail are also desired.
Required Experience & Skills
3-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Transformation, IT delivery, or a related role
Experience with CPQ, CRM, ERP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise applications
Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation
Experience with UAT, E2E testing, defect management, and business readiness
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Fluent written and spoken English
Preferred Experience
Experience in a multi-country / EMEA environment
Knowledge of BPMN, Visio, ARIS or similar process modelling tools
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics suite and Navision
Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery platforms
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Business Analysis or Project Management certification is a plus
