We are looking for a driven and analytical Ecosystem Project Manager to join our team and lead the next phase of our platform. This role will focus on developing the Startup for Startup product on our website as well as other scalable projects and solutions for our growing community.

About The Role:

  • Initiate new projects: lead end-to-end initiatives and project execution from idea through planning & execution to full delivery and adoption
  • Launch both product and non-product initiatives to address main ecosystem challenges
  • Own the entire product lifecycle: identify needs, initiate and deploy processes, enable scale and support continuous improvement of the Startup for Startup platform
  • Manage the product development process, Plan, monitor, prioritize and control delivery deadlines and scope changes
  • Promote data-driven decisions: data analysis, KPI definition and metrics, for yourself and the entire team
  • Work closely with our content & community leaders to make sure your projects are supported throughout the initiative

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Project/Product Management experience 
  • Experience in building a B2C product or working on scalable B2C projects
  • Experience delivering impact projects from idea to lunch
  • Prioritization skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and execute efficiently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: A proactive self-starter who can take an idea and turn it into reality.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and a passion for leveraging data to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, self-learn and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and terms - advantage
