Ecosystem Experience Specialist

• Support and facilitate Co-Pilot Sessions and follow-up actions

• Help coordinate conversations and follow-through around team dynamics or people experience situations

• Support and execute key cultural rituals and ecosystem experiences across hubs

• Help ensure cultural artifacts and initiatives stay consistent, energized, and aligned with /slantis values

• Help manage initiatives such as:

  • eNPS

  • Climate & wellbeing surveys

  • Team building initiatives

  • Internal communication campaigns

  • Referral Program initiatives

  • Learning & engagement rituals

• Support onboarding and first 90-day follow-up experiences for new Slanters

• Gather feedback and identify experience opportunities or friction points across teams

• Help track engagement metrics, participation, onboarding experience, and action plans

• Partner with Brand & People teams to keep communication aligned, engaging, and connected to the /slantis culture

• Support action plans and ensure strong follow-through on culture initiatives and ecosystem experiences

• Experience in People, Culture, Employee Experience, Internal Communication, or related areas

• Experience coordinating engagement initiatives, events, or people programs

• Experience supporting onboarding, team experiences, or community-building initiatives is a plus

• Familiarity with engagement surveys, feedback collection, or reporting processes

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• High empathy and people-first mindset

• Ability to create trust and build positive relationships across teams

• Strong execution and follow-through skills

• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with maturity and discretion

• Attention to detail and experience coordination

• Comfortable working with metrics, participation tracking, and feedback insights

• Advanced / native English proficiency
