What will you do at SuperPlay?As an Economy Operations Manager, you will join the vibrant Economy department and take ownership of vital operational tasks. You’ll ensure the seamless execution of core processes that power our in-game economy, working closely with cross-functional teams to support game performance and player experience.
Your role will involve managing recurring operational routines, maintaining high levels of accuracy, solving operational challenges, and continuously improving workflows to enhance efficiency. You will be a key player in bridging analytical thinking with operational excellence.
In this role you will:
- Translate economy models into live game configurations: rewards, offers and events.
- Build and maintain player segments using logical expressions.
- Work with Economists to tune event progression and reward probabilities.
- Monitor live events and respond quickly when issues come up.
- Build automations for recurring workflows.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Logical thinker, comfortable working with logical expressions and structured syntax.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building and optimizing systems, and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
- You are a sharp, organized, and proactive individual with strong communication skills.
- You are highly reliable, attentive to details, and able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks with precision.
- You are curious, collaborative, and excited to work alongside Economists, Analysts, and Game Teams to help bring magical experiences to players around the world.

- Experience in game economy or live ops.
- Experience with Apps Script, Python, SQL, or AI tools for automation.
- Passion for mobile games and understanding of player behaviors.
- Ability to spot inefficiencies and suggest smart, scalable solutions.
