Meaningful Work From Day One

Join our team as an eCommerce Specialist - Omni-Channel! In this exciting role, you'll support the development and implementation of eCommerce and Omni-Channel strategies for National Accounts Customers in the U.S. Collaborate closely with the off premise eCommerce and Customer Marketing team, as well as Brand, Insights, National Account Managers and other members of the USA&C organization. You'll also partner with external stakeholders, including eCommerce retail partners and media agencies, to drive success and innovation in the digital marketplace.

What You Can Expect

  • Works with the eCommerce and Customer Marketing team to develop and execute eCommerce and Omni-Channel Integrated Marketing Communications, merchandising and media plans for the Omni-Channel in alignment with overarching brand and business objectives in this channel.

  • Collaborates with the eCommerce, National Account Teams, and Customer Marketing to identify and implement Digital Shelf opportunities for Omni Channel National Accounts.

  • Possesses a strong knowledge and understanding of Digital Shelf, including SEO and GEO principles, to enhance online visibility and drive customer engagement.

  • Develop tools to communicate strategy, effectiveness and best practices.

  • Drives shopper-forward eCommerce sales and marketing strategy and solutions that leverage best practices across eCommerce digital tactics and Shopper purchase triggers that enhance customer relationships & profitability.

  • Assist in touchpoint mapping across priority retail customers.

  • Leads the reporting and optimization of Omni-Channel eCommerce paid/owned media plans, monthly performance updates in line with existing eCommerce reporting processes includes an understanding of customer marketing performance metrics and coordination with agency partners on performance KPIs.

  • Acts as a portfolio thought partner to the Customer Marketing and National Accounts teams.

  • Provides insights on the regulatory landscape and eCommerce innovation.

  • Manages Brown-Forman portfolio website with Agency partner to ensure content is shopper relevant and inspiring to drive conversion with Omni-Channel customers.

  • Provide eCommerce educational support across Brown-Forman, Distributor and Customer teams.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3-5 years of experience in shopper, digital, and/or eCommerce marketing.

  • Strong organization/project management skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and results orientation.

  • Outstanding story-telling skills.

  • Well-developed sales, customer, and marketplace acumen of customers/distributors.

Working Arrangement

In-office at the Brown-Forman Louisville, Kentucky Corporate Headquarters Monday to Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
