The Role

YOUR ROLE

The Ecom Product Owner owns a specific functional domain of the website (e.g., Checkout & Post-Checkout, Loyalty & My Account, Customer Experience &Navigation) and drives its strategy, roadmap, and execution across all markets. While maintaining deep ownership of their function, this role works in close partnership with other Product Managers in different regions to co-build a unified end-to-end website roadmap, ensuring a seamless, customer-centric experience globally. The role balances global standardization while partners closely with Engineering, UX, Data, and Business teams, and uses customer insights and performance data to continuously optimize conversion, engagement, and satisfaction.

PROFILE
  • A forward-thinking professional with expertise in eCommerce and agile product management — and a passion for creating seamless, customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Brings 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, complemented by hands-on experience as an Agile Product Manager.
  • Proficient in JIRA and Confluence, with a strong ability to manage workflows and optimize processes in dynamic environments.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, analytics, and user behavior insights, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Proactive and performance-driven problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative cultures.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring precision and consistency across all initiatives.
  • Exceptional communicator — articulate, collaborative, and confident in verbal, written, and interpersonal interactions.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS preferred); an advanced degree is a plus.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the assigned website function across all countries.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch and post-release optimization.
  • Partner with other Product Managers to co-build and maintain the unified website roadmap.
  • Drive and actively participate in scope alignment workshops to clarify ownership, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize backlog using data, impact, effort and other decision data points.
  • Collaborate daily with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, and Operations team members.
  • Define and track success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) for your functional domain.
  • Continuously improve conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction through testing and iteration.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Annual discretionary corporate incentive bonus
  • Competitive paid parental leave
  • Generous employee discounts on our products
  • The compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 - $110,000 (based on skills, experience, and with differentials applied if outside of NYC).
