The Opportunity: We are looking for an eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a marketing role spanning across Ecommerce platforms with performance marketing capabilities. You will be responsible for driving on-site visibility, on-platform engagement, and increasing conversion rates. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-create promotions and campaigns with the eCommerce Manager to drive on-site visibility, on-platform engagement, and increase conversion

  • Own all media responsibilities for the Ecommerce channel and drive innovation in digital activations

  • Identify business/media objectives by customer and category

  • Manage and optimize Search (CPC) and Display (CPM) campaigns

  • Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment

  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels

  • Allocate budgets and analyse and recommend modifications to ad spends

  • Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline

  • Test new channels and trends that drive traffic and conversions on and off-platform

  • Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers

  • Manage agencies (e.g., media/creative) and create POs for campaign activation

  • Liaise with brand, agency, and category teams on content toolkits, adaptation, and deployment to local platforms

  • Be the custodian and owner of all on and off-platform visibility assets (A+ content, banners, creative, images, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in performance-driven marketing roles (FMCG industry knowledge is not mandatory)

  • Hands-on knowledge of executing performance marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of media metrics including ROAS, Conversions, Impressions, CTR, Clicks, etc

  • dComm media background is highly recommended
