What You'll Be Doing

Operational Responsibilities (Local & Customer-Facing):

  • Working with the eCommerce Enablement Manager to align & promote the use of eCommerce tools internally and externally (including site visits), delivering targeted training sessions and support materials to internal teams and customers to increase eCommerce tool adoption and usage.

  • Oversee and continuously improve the webshop offering and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integration support processes, identifying opportunities for automation to enhance scalability.

  • Serve as the first escalation point for local eCommerce issues, ensuring quick resolution and documenting learnings for future improvements.

Strategic & Cross-Regional Collaboration:

  • Implement UK&I eCommerce initiatives aligned with business plans and KPIs.

  • Coordinate with the UK&I eCommerce Enablement Manager to support feature development, testing, and release readiness.

  • Stay current on customer expectations and market trends to influence the evolution of eCommerce and EDI offerings.

  • Report on adoption metrics, project milestones, issues, and risks.

What You’ll Bring
  • Strong understanding of some, or all, of the following: eCommerce, digital platforms, EDI and SAP is an advantage

  • Demonstrate business acumen with a focus on excellent customer service, have good communication skills and be confident to present at multiple levels, face to face or via MS Teams to our customers
