Job Description:
We are looking for an innovative Global eCommerce Coordinator to join our eCommerce team. You’ll be tasked with supporting the global gift card team with administrative duties including market research, supplier outreach, and the maintenance of pipeline and commercial documents.

Key Responsibilities
- In this Coordinator position within the Gift Card Category Management team, you will support key commercial activities, including supplier outreach, media coordination, supplier communications, and the upkeep of commercial templates and documentation.
- You will help manage store-level product updates that directly influence the customer experience.
- By assisting the Category Management team, you will contribute to strengthening and expanding our global gift card offering.
- This role also provides the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners on ad hoc projects and internal business needs.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge/Experience
- You have 1+ year of experience in administrative roles and possess strong organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel skills). You are confident in using technology systems accurately and efficiently, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- You work proactively and independently, with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience with urgency.
- You’ve contributed to highly collaborative, target-driven teams, roles, or projects.
- You communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
