We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our collaborative, high-trust team. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling impactful features that reach millions of employees globally. Every line of code you ship helps people feel seen, valued, and connected at work.

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll partner with Product, Principal Engineers, and Architects to deliver innovative solutions. While much of your work will focus on backend development in Java, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute to frontend projects in React. This is hands-on, grown-up engineering with the space to influence strategy and drive innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead design and engineering activities for your squad, contributing to both strategy and delivery.

  • Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Architecture teams to shape requirements and technical direction.

  • Drive the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality, performant features.

  • Contribute to agile ceremonies; sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives.

  • Decompose complex features into smaller deliverables to improve efficiency.

  • Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and enhance developer experience.

  • Mentor engineers, fostering growth, knowledge-sharing, and technical excellence.

  • Influence architectural vision within the squad and across the wider engineering organisation.

The Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience as a software engineer in enterprise environments.

  • Expertise with Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST APIs, and microservices.

  • Experience with React, TypeScript, and CSS for full-stack delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, ECS, ECR, CloudWatch, CloudFront, as well as Terraform, Docker, and containerized environments.

  • Solid background with relational databases (Oracle, Postgres, Aurora, PL/SQL).

  • Experience with Kafka, Apache Camel, and event-driven systems.

  • Familiarity with integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Sonar).

  • A proven ability to mentor, influence design discussions, and represent the team in cross-functional forums.

  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical conversations.
