Responsibilities:
- Develops cross channel strategy for brand eCommerce presence across CE market;
- Drives lower funnel conversions through asset & media optimization;
- Ecommerce as a part of CJ to drive conversion across all POS;
- Manages JBPs with main eRetailers/marketplaces/quick commerce/specialty stores within respective market;
- Drives media and advertising spend with chosen eCom partners delivering sales opportunity and ROAS measurement including ROI calculation on per activity level;
- Optimizes tactics inside & outside of retailer websites focusing on conversion to sales (SEM, Content, Media) – Briefing and creation of Rich media and content for eCom POS;
- Utilizes data in campaigning for better lower funnel conversion efficiency
- Performance & sales analysis by Key Digital and Sales KPIs; - Responsible for Business Development and searching for new opportunities to expand and generate more sales with potential eCom POS;
- Sets budget and tracks performance inside and outside of key retailer platforms and activation plan for all brands within given budget to address brand and sales objectives in eCommerce;
- Tracks and shares newest eCommerce trends and shares best practices with digital, sales and brand teams;
- Consumer activation & creative briefing in eCommerce;
- Supervise eCommerce content creation (Packshots, Rich Content, Product descriptions, banners, etc);
- Launching of new products on eCommerce market.
What you need to be successful:
- You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in developing strategy and coordinating eCommerce activities;
- You have experience in digital marketing analytics, eCommerce or media agency;
- Digital acumen – strong functional understanding of digital in order to place digital roadmap;
- High level of analytics;
- You are familiar with platforms and systems that support analytics and monitoring of eCommerce activities;
- You have the ability to analyze and adjust marketing tools for best results (Data, platforms, etc.);
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team;
- Languages: Polish (+C1), English (+C1).
