Fulfillment & Inventory Operations
- Assists the Strategic Fulfillment & Marketplace Innovation Manager to drive brand performance in fulfillment.
- Handles requests from business partners and brand managers related to fulfillment operations.
- Creates inventory requests & work orders for shipments into Amazon fulfillment centers and other marketplaces.
- Checks and validates inventory levels & locations across multiple warehouses and fulfillment centers.
- Supports marketplace prep workflows, ensuring inventory is properly prepped for inbound shipping.
- Coordinates with middle-mile logistics partners to track shipments and resolve fulfillment issues.
Product & Listing Management
- Keeps product listings healthy and functional, ensuring accuracy and compliance with marketplace standards.
- Gathers and organizes new product information and creates listings in the catalog.
- Reconciles and troubleshoots listings, resolving discrepancies in product content, pricing, or availability.
Operational Coordination & Communication
- Represents Pattern in the most professional way possible when working with internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Communicates with logistics and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Engages directly with clients and external partners, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
- Participates in operational and marketplace-related calls as needed, with camera on for meetings.
Data Management & Reporting
- Pulls and analyzes inventory & fulfillment reports using Tableau and marketplace reporting tools.
- Maintains accurate records of inbound shipments, work orders, and listing updates.
- Identifies and escalates potential operational bottlenecks for resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Amazon Seller Central and marketplace fulfillment operations.
- Basic understanding of warehouse/logistics operations (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Strong attention to detail for tracking inventory, reconciling listings, and validating shipments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) to engage with internal teams and partners.
- Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with marketplace prep workflows & middle-mile logistics.
- SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to fulfillment challenges.
