SALES ADMINISTRATOR (M/F/*)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support our sales representatives in Asia
- Be an active part of our Sales Team
- Support and expansion of our existing customer activities
- Processing customer orders and liaising with EBV departments (Sales Operations, Purchasing and Logistics)
- Achieve EBV’s agreed supplier objectives
- Ensuring that quote and order entry into the sales system is completed in a timely manner
- Proactive backlog management (monitoring of orders, shipping dates, price changes, etc.)
- Determine customer discounts and write new contracts
Your Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in technical sales within the electronics or component market
- Personable and driven
- Strong command of MS Office with emphasis on Excel
- SAP skills are a plus
- Ability to quickly learn new practices and systems
- Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent intercultural skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
