Brown & Brown is seeking a Bwsift Project Manager Consultant to join our growing team!
As a Project Manager Consultant, you will be responsible for the management of assigned health and welfare implementations for the national EBTech team. You'll play a key role in the coordination of team resources across projects, serving as the principal link between customers and internal team members in the delivery of customer projects. You'll also collaborate with other Brown & Brown lines of business to develop, implement and maintain technology-based solutions and services that meet customer requirements and EBTech commitments.
How You Will Contribute:
Coordinate with business development teammates to properly transfer sales cycle knowledge for each new implementation the IPM will manage.
Drive exceptional, consistent project management for concurrent projects.
Translate business needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timeline, deliverables, budget and quality standards for the entire life cycle of the project.
Serve as the day-to-day project lead, ensuring the progress of teams against established goals.
Coordinate with leaders to secure needed resources based on availability and talent needed.
Communicate closely with account teams and customer contacts throughout the implementation so that all parties understand tasks, deadlines and items that put timelines at risk if delays occur.
Manage customer expectations and raise appropriate issues to Director of Operations and other leaders.
Drive results with all parties (EBTech/account team/customer/carriers)
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer contacts through efficient, quality execution of projects, effective communication, and value-added consulting advice
Train customers on use of new tools and approaches
Follow organizational and line of business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent comparable experience.
5+ years of experience with project management for mid-to-large group implementations on Benefits Administration or Comparable Software
2+ years of bswift experience preferred
Deep understanding of employee benefits, HRIS, Payroll or equivalent programs and implementation requirements
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Exceptional/professional presentation skills
Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team members in other practices and at all levels to effectively sell and deliver on customer needs.
A professional presence with polished and well-developed written and oral communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Pay Range
$75,000 - $85,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
