- Experience on PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflow
- Exposure to modules - Financial / Manufacturing / Distribution
Optional: SOA/ ADF Skills will be an added advantage
Key Job Responsibilities
- Technical design and development in Oracle package - EBS using Oracle tools including PL/SQL, Oracle 6i, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle 9iAS etc., to build RICE - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, Forms.
- Ability to conceptualize technical design options, identify the best option and complete the technical design specifications for the specific RICE objects based on specialization
- Familiarity with Oracle suggested standards and approach for delivering the EBS work product - RICE
- Analysis and issue resolution capabilities.
- Producing quality deliverables as per the software standards (CMMI Standards)
- Ability to communicate clearly with onsite team to understand and capture the requirements accurately; support during the testing and acceptance process etc.,
- Ability to lead discussions with onsite business and technical consultants to clarify the functional specifications, build technical design requirements and explain the options clearly
- Should be able to lead a small team of BTAs to build and deliver RICE objects as per agreed design specifications and time schedule
- Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to build network and maintain good relationship with peers, team members and project leadership - Ability to relate and deploy innovations on projects, as best possible
- Functional business process flow knowledge in select areas which he specializes
- Industry knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery model

Do you have at least one end-to-end implementation experience? (Yes/No)
2. Were you in a client facing role during the implementation? (Yes/No)
3. Have you worked on R12 projects? (Yes/No)
4. Do you have good Pl/SQL knowledge? (Yes/No)
5. Which RICEW components you have worked – (1-2 Component at BTA level, 2 – 3 at consultant level, almost all at Sr Con level)
6. Are you aware of the Release 12 functionality (SCM/ Finance Mandatory)? (Yes/No)
7. Experience in Interacting with Tech Teams, Oracle Support for issue resolution etc (Yes/No)
8. Do you have any Oracle Apps certification or attended any training from Oracle University?

The resource has to work from banagalore/hyderabad or Delhi.
