What You Will Do  

• Design and implement scalable, reliable software systems
• Lead architectural discussions and make critical technical decisions
• Own end-to-end delivery of major features and projects
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA)
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges

Basic Qualifications  

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Go, etc.)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and message queues
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong experience with CI/CD and testing frameworks
• Strong experience with AI coding tools

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience leading large-scale technical projects
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Strong execution and motivation
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
