We are currently seeking a Construction Engineer to join our team based in Houston, TX.
About the Job
The Plant Administrator provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily activities at the project site or plant. This role helps coordinate documentation, schedules, reporting, and communication between site teams, office staff, and management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily administrative tasks for the plant or project site.
- Maintain and organize project files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and site access for new employees and contractors.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and updates as requested by supervisors.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication for site leadership.
- Help track timesheets, expenses, and personnel movements on site.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Work closely with construction teams, HSE, HR, and project management.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general site administrative needs.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or industrial environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience supporting field teams or plant operations.
- Familiarity with Technip Energies systems or similar project management tools.
