About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and execution-oriented professional to join our team as an Antenna Account Manager for the Middle East and Africa region. In this role, you will leverage market insights and competitive intelligence, aligned with our strategy and portfolio, to create impactful solutions for our customers. Your approach will be customer-centric-identifying key challenges, gathering real data, and highlighting how our solutions deliver unique value. You will collaborate closely with Market Area, Customer Unit, and Sales teams, as well as directly with customers, to drive success.
What You Will Do
- Inspire and shape customers' vision and strategy, driving engagement with Ericsson's antenna solutions.
- Influence business outcomes by articulating the value of our offerings and supporting customers in achieving their goals.
- Deliver customer value by providing insights on emerging trends and their impact on customer business.
- Identify business opportunities and customer needs through consultative engagement.
- Lead opportunities from identification to deal closure, facilitating in-depth, business-focused discussions.
- Optimize account team performance and ensure smooth transitions to operations.
- Act as an entrepreneurial leader, taking ownership and driving results.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience in sales or solutions, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Strong consultative selling skills and commercial acumen.
- A deep understanding of business drivers and customer needs in the Middle East and Africa.
- Prior experience in sales and sales support is preferred.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Collaborative leadership and a drive to inspire others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity.
