Job DescriptionWe're looking for an Early Careers Employer Brand and Talent Attraction Specialist to join our WiseStart team in Tallinn, to help us grow and scale our WiseStart programs globally.
Here’s where you’ll have impact:
Our global WiseStart team is responsible for attracting, hiring, and providing an exceptional experience for all of our graduate, intern, apprentice and career switchers at Wise. In this role you’ll have a huge impact in shaping Wise as the best place to start (or restart) your career.
This role will give you the opportunity to learn about early careers recruiting and all the exciting activities we get involved in related to it from marketing and employer branding to event management.
In this role you will focus on:
Employer Branding Strategy
Develop and execute a tailored Employer Branding (EB) strategy for the four WiseStart talent pathways (interns, grads, apprentices, career switchers).
Adapt EB initiatives to meet the specific needs and exposure requirements of various WiseStart roles and talent pools.
Content Creation and Events Management
Lead the creation of engaging content (blogs, vlogs, success stories) across social media, digital platforms, and the WiseStart newsletter.
Project manage all WiseStart events and initiatives, including cultivating relationships across all levels and global locations within Wise to ensure their success.
Design and execute marketing and communication campaigns, managing communications with new hires between offer and start date, and collaborating with the Design team for necessary assets.
University/Bootcamp Engagement and External Partnerships
Manage and maintain key relationships with universities, bootcamps, schools, and external third parties.
Develop and execute the seasonal schedule of engagement events, including career fairs and the WiseTalks series, to attract target talent.
Oversee diversity and inclusion partnerships in close collaboration with the DE&I team, tracking success metrics and ROI for all external engagements.
Metrics, Systems, and Reporting
Own the management of the CRM on Smart Recruiters and the overall reporting on key metrics to measure the success of all EB initiatives.
Use a data-driven approach to conduct competitive analysis and leverage insights to continuously refine and enhance WiseStart branding strategies.
Provide regular reports on the performance and impact of employer branding activities to relevant stakeholders.
What does it take?
Experience of talent attraction, talent acquisition, employer branding or similar
You have an exceptional eye for detail and juggling multiple tasks at once.
You’re curious, keen to learn and proactive by nature.
You have exceptional verbal & written English skills - candidate communications are a big part of this role and our team is international, so you will be using English on a daily basis.
A keen interest in early careers, and understanding of the global student employment market
You are open to and value feedback in order to improve.
Finally, you’re located in Tallinn and legally authorised to work in Estonia.

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
