Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and strategic Early Careers Associate to join our Global Talent Acquisition team for a temporary coverage assignment.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading campus recruiting strategy, scaling internship demand, and standardizing regional early careers programs across India and North America.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Drive Program Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end campus recruiting and early careers initiatives, serving as the primary lead to drive business demand for upcoming internship cohorts.
Standardize Global Operations: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional leadership to align the Asia-Pacific internship calendar, onboarding, and cohort experiences with established United States standards.
Ensure Process & Compliance: Ensure all campus hiring practices, offer extensions, and candidate tracking adhere to regional labor standards and organizational guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of dedicated experience in campus recruitment, early careers hiring, and university program management.
Strong knowledge of early talent strategies, student cohort engagement, and cross-border program execution, with explicit expertise in United States and India markets.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning regional onboarding schedules.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
