Job Summary

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support our product portfolio across EAEU markets, including Armenia, Belarus, and Kyrgyzstan. In this role, you will ensure that medicines are registered, maintained, and marketed in compliance with local regulations and corporate requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders to enable successful product launches, maintain regulatory compliance, and support business growth through proactive regulatory strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, compile, and submit regulatory dossiers, applications, variations, renewals, and notifications to obtain and maintain product registrations across EAEU markets.

  • Secure all required regulatory approvals and authorizations to support timely product launches and lifecycle management activities.

  • Review and approve product labeling, artwork, packaging components, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

  • Monitor regulatory requirements and changes, assess business impact, and implement appropriate actions to maintain compliance.

  • Provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Development teams.

  • Support the development of compliant product claims, advertising, and promotional activities while balancing business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and external partners, representing the company professionally.

  • Contribute to new product development and value engineering projects through regulatory expertise and risk assessment.

  • Maintain regulatory databases, systems, and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the performance and effectiveness of the regulatory affairs team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Medical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, consumer health, cosmetics, or related industry.

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and product registration processes within EAEU markets.

  • Experience preparing and managing regulatory dossiers and submissions, including CTD, eCTD, and NeeS formats.

  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management activities, including variations, renewals, and compliance maintenance.

  • Ability to interpret scientific and regulatory information and translate it into practical business recommendations.

  • Planning, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh (written and spoken).
