Established in 1987, Air Liquide Far Eastern (ALFE) is a prominent joint-venture between Air Liquide Group, a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry and Health, and Far Eastern New Century Group. In recent years, ALFE has emerged as the top French company in terms of investment in Taiwan's manufacturing industry. Presently, ALFE boasts a workforce of over 780 employees and maintains a strong presence with 40 offices and plants located in Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, as well as the major Science Parks across Taiwan, providing critical high-quality industrial gases, specialty gases, and advanced materials.
- Ensure project compliance with company and government regulations, procedures and standards on Health, Safety and Environment and meet customer requirements.
- Conduct the required project management activities, like project planning, supplier management, risk management, cost management, scheduling management and etc. to ensure the successful delivering.
- Perform actively to coordinate with both internal and external key stakeholders to resolve problems.
- Take an active part in business proposals during the business development phase.
- Bachelor degree, with the discipline of Engineering
- 1+ years experience in project management in the engineering company or chemical industry, the working experience of electronics projects for semiconductor companies is preferred.
- Good understanding on process engineering of chemical or gas process operations
- Familiar with project management methodology and execution on engineering, construction management and commissioning management., knowing well the project procurement and subcontracting management.
- Good communication and coordination skill set across both internal and external stakeholders
- Good command of both English and Chinese Mandarin.
