SUMMARY
The eCommerce Support Analyst is a member of the Technology Team and will work with users, stakeholders, external partners, and other departments to bring innovative eCommerce and digital channel revenue solutions to Towne Park locations through inventory management, pricing optimization and distribution strategies. The role will help test new Towne Park and third party eCommerce technologies, deploy existing eCommerce tools through the organization to expand market share, boost online demand, drive revenue performance and identify and implement best practices and areas for improvement to help adapt and scale eCommerce across the entire organization. This role will report to Director, eCommerce.

Job Details:

Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.

Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0385 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 80 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform all functions.

  • Support Account Managers with internal Towne Park eCommerce tools (Smart Aggregation, Dynamic Pricing, Inventory Management, Monthly Parking) and ensure the tools are utilized fully to deliver maximum performance.
  • Assist in the onboarding of a new eCommerce location to deploy and train Towne Park Field leadership in adopting applicable eCommerce tools.
  • Regularly engage with Field leadership to review eCommerce performance, identify opportunities for improvements, and implement necessary changes to grow eCommerce revenue.
  • Maintain aggregator relationships including new site deployments, problem resolution, and accuracy/timeliness of payments.
  • Monitor site-level eCommerce performance, identify anomalies, and rectify issues as they arise.
  • Support and develop reporting and measurement of eCommerce initiatives.
  • Participates in planning, testing, and implementation of enhancements and upgrades to relevant applications and systems to minimize operational interruptions.
  • Bringing new initiatives to market and champion with clients and associates.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and meet deadlines, internal and external.
  • Collaborate with Technology peers to leverage data and applications to grow eCommerce potential across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certification.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Experience in bringing new initiatives to market with excellence.
  • Ability to plan, set priorities, and manage workload, at times under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Perform work in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Ability to function independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with eCommerce and digital marketing is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Project Management tools and techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

SCOPE

Authority to Act:

The job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures. Duties are performed with specific directions given and work is checked or verified frequently. Decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment could affect the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Working Environment

The majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled environment but may be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperatures on occasion.

Travel

Travel of up to 5% may be required.
