Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Kinkly Shop, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and performance.
  • Manage website updates, including product launches, promotions, and content updates, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Lead A/B testing and user experience testing to optimize website conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Monitor website analytics and generate regular performance reports to identify opportunities for optimization and improvements.
  • Manage third-party vendors and agencies involved in website-related projects.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the user experience and keep our websites at the forefront of innovation.
  • Providing requirements (Defined as Ready) to the CPO/PO/Head of Product to make proper development (including designs, test cases, etc...)
  • Clarifying and refining business requirements
  • Documenting business requirements in Confluence (use cases, flow charts, wireframes).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and Development to ensure the alignment of website strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent level of English
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills
  • Proficiency in working with Data and solid Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to define business requirements by gathering relevant information from internal and external sources.
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of common KPIs like Conversion Rate, Click-Through-Rate, etc.
  • Creative problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

  • First experience in website management, preferably within the e-commerce or technology industry.
  • Experience working directly with Shopify configurations (setting up products, setting up apps, etc.)
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Klaviyo) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
