At ARKET, every customer interaction is an opportunity to inspire. We are now looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our Digital CX team and help create engaging digital experiences that support both our customers and our business goals.
In this role, you will work across several areas of our e-commerce operation, including customer communication, content management, campaign execution, and site optimization, but your main responsibility will be our newsletter channel.
What you will do
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and execute newsletters across multiple markets, languages, and customer segments.
- Support the planning, setup, quality assurance, and delivery of newsletter campaigns.
- Work with A/B testing, audience selections, and performance follow-up to continuously improve customer engagement.
- Manage and publish content across arket.com, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
- Create and manage promotions, vouchers, and campaign activities across digital channels.
- Maintain and optimise search functionality, product recommendation areas, and customer-facing site experiences.
- Ensure products are enriched with accurate attributes and information to support successful launches across markets.
- Act as a superuser for relevant e-commerce systems and contribute to improving digital processes and ways of working.
Who you'll work with
You will be part of ARKET's Digital CX team and work closely with colleagues across CRM, Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Brand, and Customer Experience. This is a highly collaborative role where you will contribute to shared business goals while working cross-functionally with multiple teams across the organization.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone who has:
- A few years experience of working within e-commerce, digital operations, online merchandising, CRM, or a similar digital business environment.
- Experience working with newsletters, email marketing, CRM campaigns, or customer communications is highly valued.
- Experience working with content management systems, e-commerce platforms, or other digital tools and systems.
- Hands-on experience coordinating digital campaigns, newsletters, website content, or customer communications.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the confidence to take ownership when challenges arise.
- An interest in digital customer journeys and how content, communication, and site experience contribute to commercial performance.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Experience within fashion retail is considered a merit, but we are primarily looking for someone with a strong interest in e-commerce and digital customer experiences.

This is a full time temporary contract for 12 months based at our Head Office in Södermalm Stockholm.
