Kiiroo is seeking a talented E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functionality, design, and user experience of our online platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Kiiroo's websites, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and performance.
• Manage partner sites, white-label sites, marketplaces like Amazon, and dropshipping partners, ensuring consistent branding, accurate product listings, and seamless integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and Development to ensure the alignment of website strategies with overall business objectives.
• Manage website updates, including product launches, promotions, and content updates, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Monitor website analytics and generate regular performance reports to identify opportunities for optimization and improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the user experience and keep our websites at the forefront of innovation.
• Implement and maintain SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Lead A/B testing and user experience testing to optimize website conversion rates and user engagement.
• Manage third-party vendors and agencies involved in website-related projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in website management, preferably within the e-commerce or technology industry.
• 1+ year experience working directly with Shopify configurations (setting up products, setting up apps, etc.)
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
