- Lead the visual and interaction design structure of the corporate website, ensuring a modern, cohesive, and premium brand aesthetic.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to optimize the website’s conversion rate (CRO) and user experience.
- Supporting major campaigns (like Mega Sales) by ensuring banners, vouchers, and product listings are effectively deployed and monitored
2. Website Management & Webmaster Duties
- Site Maintenance: Oversee daily website operations, ensuring high uptime, fast loading speeds, and zero broken links/errors.
- CMS & Content Management: Manage the website Content Management System (CMS), implementing layout updates, landing pages, and ongoing content uploads.
- SEO & Analytics: Implement on-page SEO best practices and track website performance using Google Analytics (or equivalent tools) to report on traffic, bounce rates, and user behavior.
- Monitor traffic sources, conversion efficiency, user experience on the homepage, and track the growth of core business.
- Security & Compliance: Monitor website security, manage domain/hosting configurations, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
3. Project Management & Leadership
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing & Product marketing, agentic growth and Tech teams to translate business requirements into web features.
- Vendor & Developer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external web development agencies or freelance developers, ensuring code quality and timely deployment.
