The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for Senior e-Commerce Manager to join our e-Commerce team on a full-time basis.

The eCommerce Manager for Thailand will play a pivotal role in driving this ambition forward. Thailand is one of iNova’s largest and fastest-growing eCommerce markets, representing a key growth engine for our business. This role will own the end-to-end eCommerce performance, from fuelling online demand generation and managing strategic platform partnerships to optimizing operations and unlocking growth through data, innovation, and flawless execution.
More than a traditional eCommerce role, this position will also be the testbed for innovation and insights— using the eCommerce channel to pioneer eCommerce-first initiatives that shape the future of our brands. The successful candidate will combine commercial acumen with creative thinking to deliver measurable results in market share, GMV, and profitability.
Key to success will be the ability to:
- Set and deliver an ambitious and profitable eCommerce growth strategy aligned to iNova’s Thailand business objectives.
- Drive performance across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop through superior campaign planning, media investment, and data-led optimization.
- Leverage analytics and insights to identify new growth levers, accelerate brand visibility, and maximize ROI.
- Build and manage strong relationships with eCommerce enablers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver flawless execution at speed.
- Champion a high-performance, collaborative culture that embodies iNova’s entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in driving eCommerce strategy and operations, ideally in FMCG or consumer healthcare. We're looking for someone who doesn't just talk strategy but rolls up their sleeves and delivers results.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and build strong partnerships with e-marketplaces, e-retailers, and eCommerce enablers. Familiarity with the eCommerce landscape in Thailand is a must, as well as solid networks within the Thai ecommerce ecosystem.
- Mastery of eCommerce growth levers, with a solid track record in driving onsite and offsite traffic, improving conversion rates, and increasing basket sizes. You know how to pull the right levers—whether through performance marketing, optimization tactics, or merchandising strategies—to achieve rapid growth and maximize sales.
- Skilled in data analytics with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, or similar. You’re someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive measurable performance improvements.
- A proven doer with exceptional project management skills—you know how to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while hitting key deadlines and targets.
