This job is embedded in the DACH Digital Retail Team, delivering the ideal Dyson experience through seamless Brand Pages, optimized Product Detail Pages of our retailers for all products. Furthermore this team takes care of strategic Retail Media- and Marketing Activation Plans for peak periods and launches. This job is based in Cologne, in the vibrant quarter Ehrenfeld.
About the roleDevelopment, management and execution of digital marketing activities and retail media plan of our retailer partners
Management of retailer specific budget investments for efficient digital marketing performance
Consult & work together with Key Account Team in Online Joint business plans for key retailers
Strengthen relationships with retailers by providing operational support for joint initiatives and campaigns.
Identification of relevant market trends and contribute ideas for innovative approaches
Analyze & evaluate Data analysis of marketing activities by progressing data, analyses, interpret, take changes and control success
Presentation of digital performance in wider audience
Drive international collaboration with your peers from other Dyson countries to create synergies

About youTo succeed in this role, you’ll need:
5 Years Experiences in e-commerce and/or online marketing
Passion for our innovations and technology
Passion and good understanding of data analytics for online KPIs
Solid experience in excel and PowerPoint
Outstanding organization skills and structured ways of working
Strong ability to meet deadlines
Team player mentality is key
Strong communication skills to internal and external partners
Solid Negotiation skills with external partners and retailers
Passion for questioning the status quo and willing to deep dive in KI solutions for efficient ways of working
Ideally experience in partner/customer/account management
Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
