Job Description
Support acceleration of Guerlain’s brand site efforts, including e-merchandising, strategic planning, operational support, and best-in-class site experience. Assist in implementing key digital marketing efforts across performance marketing and CRM to achieve Guerlain.com goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support growth of Guerlain.com business
- Own Guerlain.com Site Content Calendar to ensure there is one consistent customer experience
- Manage communication of calendar changes and updates regularly to necessary cross functional teams.
- Business Performance
- Monitor Guerlain.com business to achieve fiscal sales goals
- Report daily and weekly sales targets
- Implement initiatives as needed to meet sales goals
Site Merchandising & User Experience:
- Monitor site content and experience:
- Communicate calendar changes and updates regularly to necessary cross functional teams.
- Ensure best-in-class, optimized site merchandising plans and execution which align with business goals
- Partner with site team on timely updates to create luxurious customer experience
- Collaborate with HQ on site content updates and needs
- Update select site content such as offers/promotions, promotional messaging and on site search
Budget planning & Forecasting:
- Lead inventory management with Brand & Logistics teams
- Keep track of active products inventory, manage inventory activation and sample/GWP inventory tracking.
- Lead in collaboration with Sr Manager forecasting projects for new launches and ecommerce support elements
Digital Marketing
- Support Sr Manager in 360 strategic execution of key launches and website performance
- Own wrap-up reporting and analysis on key online tactics to share widely with cross-functional teams
- Support execution of Paid Media marketing tactics by sharing assets with agency and including tactics in Site Content Calendar
- Execute Email Marketing plans with supporting tools and HQ
CRM:

- Liaise with customer service team to ensure timely resolution of customer questions and order issues
- Pro-actively share relevant training materials and press with Customer Service team to better service clients
- Collaborate with Sr Manager in scheduling, orchestration, and monitoring live shopping events on a monthly and ad hoc basis
Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor Google and paid search trends.
- Assist with analysis of performance metrics
- Own 360 DTC Learnings and Growth Opportunities to Share with Team
Competitive Landscape:

- Provide regular updates on competitors’ online presence, including mobile and social media, with specific callouts to innovation and newness.
- Proactively searching data and be the catalyst/gold mind of information to share back with the team to keep growing DTC business and stay competitive
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary to support business growth

E-Commerce Senior Manager
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the beauty and/or Digital/E-Commerce preferred
- Detail-oriented; able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and able to proactively problem solve
- Able to communicate effectively, collaborate, and influence across groups
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce KPIs, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, A/B Testing Platforms and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Strong and effective business writing skills
- Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e., web-based reports, databases)
- Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
- French proficiency preferred
Additional Information
Hybrid schedule in office 3x per week.
LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $95,000.00 - $105,000.00.
