Hiring: E-commerce Manager (Content & Sales Optimization)
I’m Adelina Kiškytė, manager of Digital Operations and Optimization team at Telia, and I’m currently looking for an E-commerce Manager (temporary position, maternity cover) to join my team in Vilnius. This is a hands-on role where you will have ownership of our e-shop content and play a key role in enhancing user experience while supporting commercial goals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and execute e-commerce content strategy that drives performance and delivers value.
What you’ll do:
- Uploading and optimizing e-shop items.
- Looking for opportunities to increase e-shop performance and sales.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our CMS.
- Setting measurable goals and using analytic tools to guide data-driven decisions.
- Optimizing content for search engines and generative AI, applying best UX practices.
- Working closely with commerce, marketing, SEO, CX and CRO teams to boost conversions and support business objectives.
Who we’re looking for:
The suitable candidate is a proactive, solution-oriented and strategic, supporting their decision with data-backed approach. They are communicative and collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- A strong background in e-commerce and digital content management.
- A commercial mindset and a passion for improving user experience.
- Solid analytical skills and familiarity with web analytics tools, such as GA4.
- Experience with CRO and/or web optimization.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English language.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2640-3500 Eur gross plus annual bonus, depending on your and Telia results.
