Responsibilities:- Own and manage the local Amazon Business P&L, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and market share targets in line with global strategy.
- Develop and execute the annual Joint Business Plan, driving growth through assortment, pricing, promotions, retail media, and supply chain excellence.
- Implement global e-commerce strategies locally, translating global direction into optimized content, pricing, and promotional execution.
- Lead product launches, campaigns, and content optimization, maximizing traffic, conversion, and return on investment.
- Proactively manage availability and inventory, preventing stockouts and ensuring demand fulfilment to support customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse key performance KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, market share, share of voice, retail media), taking corrective actions where needed.
- Deliver KPI-driven performance reports to local management and Global KAM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders at both local and international level.
- Act as the local Amazon expert, staying ahead of platform tools, policies, market trends, and competitive dynamics to continuously optimize account performance.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field
- 3/4 years of experience in Key Account Management, with at least 1-2 years specifically managing Amazon/ Amazon Business accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon operations.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing levers within Amazon
- Proven ability to work with e-commerce KPIs: CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, retail media metrics.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to interpret and present actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven digital environment; agile mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Fluent in English, additional languages as Spanish and Italian will be consider a plus
