- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for A&H products to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of digital platforms, including website, mobile apps, and online sales channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, IT, Operations) and external vendors to deliver seamless digital solutions.
- Monitor and analyze digital sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead digital projects, including platform enhancements, new feature launches, and process automation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all digital initiatives.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on digital tools and processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital insurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital solutions, or insurance (A&H experience preferred).
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce systems.
