Job Description

The JDE Global eCommerce Team is a young but experienced team of digital & eCommerce experts. We are responsible for developing the global eCommerce activities and online experience for JDE Brands and work in close alignment with local markets and other global departments. We're on the lookout for an E-Commerce Content System Specialist to join our Global Team. 
 
Your role involves configuring promotions, creating SEO-driven landing pages, implementing brand content, and collaborating for continuous improvements. You will guard the quality of the content and planning of all content related activities. You will closely work together with the team to review and continuous improve the website. Working with the JDE Global eCommerce Team means you’ll be making an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative and international environment. We work in a full agile setup, celebrating success and supporting one another. 
 
As E-Commerce Content System Specialist at JDE, you will be responsible for: 

  • Configuring and testing new promotion possibilities 

  • Creating new landing pages based on SEO strategy 

  • Implementing brand content, campaigns and technical improvements 

  • First point of contact for on site issues 

  • Part of development team for continues improvement, testing new features and reporting bugs 

  • Optimize Conversion together with CRO Specialists based on testing 

  • Provide advice to the team on technical options within the CMS

For this role as E-Commerce Content System Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience: 

  • Bachelor degree 

  • 5 years of experience in content management systems (CMS) with a pre for Magento 2 and Hygraph 

  • Experience in configuring products, promotions, and content in CMS 

  • Technical and analytical, also creative 

  • Ability to work in multiple cross-functional teams, providing leadership or support when needed 

  • Experience in UX/User Research, A/B testing tools and Google Analytics is a plus 

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Comfortable working in an agile working environment 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
