Position Overview

Are you detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about online retail?

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing team as an E-Commerce Channel Support Associate. In this role, you'll support our Channel Specialists and Managers in optimizing our presence across leading third-party marketplaces including Walmart, Target Plus, Best Buy, Lowe's, Kohl's, Amazon, Wayfair, and Bed Bath & Beyond.

ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Support
  • Assist with product listing updates, content accuracy, and promotional setup across third-party marketplaces.

  • Help ensure product detail pages are accurate, optimized, and compliant with marketplace guidelines.

  • Support new product launches and catalog updates.

Platform Operations
  • Assist with day-to-day activities within Mirakl and ChannelAdvisor, including product onboarding, listing maintenance, and issue resolution.

  • Utilize marketplace seller portals to review catalog performance and monitor account activity.

  • Troubleshoot listing, content, and product setup issues as they arise.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Creative teams to ensure accurate product information and consistent brand representation.

  • Coordinate marketplace promotions, launches, and catalog updates across departments.

Reporting & Analysis
  • Pull, organize, and maintain sales, performance, and inventory reports.

  • Assist in identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support ongoing marketplace performance tracking and reporting initiatives.

Compliance & Quality Control
  • Monitor listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with marketplace requirements.

  • Assist in resolving compliance issues and maintaining overall account health.

  • Perform routine audits to identify and correct catalog inconsistencies.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, digital operations, or a related field (internships and part-time experience welcome).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

  • Ability to learn new systems and digital platforms quickly.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target Plus, or similar platforms.

  • Exposure to tools such as Mirakl, ChannelAdvisor, Salsify, Feedonomics, or Shopify.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Interest in retail, consumer goods, furniture, or home furnishings.
