  • Having good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferably from .NET/SharePoint Development background in the early years of career.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas to technical & business stakeholders.

  • Fit Gap analysis and estimation of as-is system to Dynamics.
  • Create Solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.
  • Support team members on Technical solutioning when needed.
  • Implement improvements to the existing solution via automation.
  • Involve in post live support and day-to-day application support.
  • Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
