Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Success Architect (CSA) specializing in Dynamics 365 to drive successful customer outcomes through technical expertise, solution design, and end-to-end delivery. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, combined with a customer-first mindset and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions (CE/F&O/Supply Chain) aligned with customer business needs
• Design and implement scalable architectures leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for system integration, customization, and optimization
• Own complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution with full accountability
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Drive adoption and value realization through continuous improvement and proactive engagement
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, demos, and technical discussions

Technical Skills & Qualifications：

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM or F&O/Supply Chain)
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Solid development experience in:

• C#, .NET, JavaScript (for CE customization)
• X++, Power Fx, or extensions (for F&O)

• Experience in API integration, REST services, and system interoperability
• Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Azure AD) is a plus
• Familiarity with data migration, security model, and solution lifecycle management (ALM)

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Strong ownership with the ability to drive issues end-to-end
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements and environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in cross-regional or global teams is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
• Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
• Prior experience in consulting or customer-facing roles
