sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled Microsoft Dynamics Administrator for our team in India.

We are seeking an experienced Lead– Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, enforcing governance standards, maintaining security, and driving operational excellence across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients on LCS or Power Platform based on requirements.
• Design environment strategy based on the complexity of the requirements (on-premises and online) for FinOps, CE, and Business Central (if required).
• Handle pricing, costing, and capacity planning based on requirements, and engage with clients to understand business needs.
• Design, configure, and manage security roles, duties, and privileges in D365 and Dataverse. Ensure compliance with GDPR, audit, and security policies.
• Manage and govern all D365 FSCM environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Performance, Sandbox, Production), ensuring availability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Plan and execute provisioning, refreshes, deployments, upgrades, release management, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity activities.
• Manage Power Platform environments, solution deployments, administration, lifecycle management, and governance.
• Configure, monitor, and support Dual-write, Virtual Entities, and Dataverse integrations/synchronization.
• Configure, monitor, and support Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics dashboards for proactive environment health monitoring.
• Configure, monitor, and support Azure DevOps, Integration Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault, Data Lake, Storage, Networking, and Azure Monitor.
• Manage Azure Data Lake integration, data exports, Synapse Analytics, Synapse Link, and enterprise data connectivity for analytics and reporting.
• Manage warehouse handheld devices, DRA devices, PFE terminals, kiosks, and mobile apps, ensuring availability, security, connectivity, and D365 FSCM release compatibility.
• Oversee Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, ALM, change management, deployment automation, and release governance.
• Manage Entra ID, app registrations, service principals, Conditional Access, and SSO configuration.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform) for provisioning and environment consistency.
• Possess knowledge of UDE/USE/UPE (Unified Environments) setup, configuration, and deployments.
• Microsoft Copilot for Dynamics 365 / Power Platform: administration, governance, and monitoring of Copilot usage in CE/FSCM.
• Implement the Zero Trust security model, including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and least-privilege environment access.
• Configure and manage Azure Governance, including Azure Policy, Management Groups, Resource Locks, Cost Management, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and security compliance monitoring.
• Configure and manage Azure networking components including VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

• 7–10 years hands-on experience with D365 Finance and Operations
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 FSCM)
• Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, solution deployment & environment management)
• Proficient with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Knowledge in PPAC
• Proficient in Dual-write, Virtual Entities, Dataverse integration
• Proficient in Azure DevOps code movements, CI/CD & Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Microsoft Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault, Data Lake, Storage, Monitor, Networking)
• Disaster Recovery (DR), business continuity & environment governance
• Warehouse Management mobile app, handheld devices, DRA & PFE devices
• Microsoft Intune / Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• ITIL service management: incident, problem & change management
• Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, automation, and leadership skills
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Documentation & knowledge management: runbooks, architecture diagrams, operational playbooks
• User administration and role/security management
• Proficient in batch job monitoring and management
• Familiarity with SQL and database structures and strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills

Good to have:

• Model Context Protocol (MCP): familiarity with MCP for connecting AI tools/agents to enterprise systems and data
• Experience in developing and deploying Cloud Applications using Azure iPaaS Capabilities (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, App registrations, Key Vault, Azure Storage,).
