Dynamics 365 Developer
Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with internship, academic project, or entry-level experience in software development and an interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.
The successful candidate will work with senior developers and consultants to design, develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 solutions while building expertise in CRM development, integrations, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Develop and maintain custom features using C# .NET and JavaScript.
- Support the configuration and enhancement of Dynamics 365 modules.
- Assist in developing custom plug-ins, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Support testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Document technical specifications and development activities.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with C#/.NET through internships, university projects, bootcamps, or personal projects.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and web development concepts.
- Understanding of APIs, REST services, and system integration concepts would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in software development.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM systems, or Power Platform.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
- Experience with Azure, Git, DevOps, or cloud technologies.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Microsoft certifications (or willingness to pursue certification) are advantageous.
