Responsibilities

• Support the Responsible Investments teams in implementation of the sustainability strategy and related activities of DWS Group;

• Gain first insights into Corporate Governance and Proxy Voting Support and the ongoing projects related to improvements of our products and ESG Engine & Solutions;

• Gather knowledge to become a Sustainability expert;

• Interact directly with key partners such as our specialists from Product and the Portfolio Managers within the Investment Divisions;

• Support preparation of various reporting's for different internal Boards;

• Support team on gathering input for diverse external reporting and ratings;

• Support our department in the day-to-day business and collaborating with other divisions

Requirements

• Bachelor/ Master student in the field of legal, finance or economics;

• Very good organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines;

• Ability to interact with multiple different stakeholders and to coordinate projects and tasks cross-divisional

• Ability to work independently as well as to work in a team;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Very good English language skills;

• Good MS-Office skills
