ABOUT THE TEAM

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Developing ETL processes to transfer data from source systems which includes NoSQL databases, relational databases, and messaging queues to Data Warehouse,
  • Contributing to and supporting Data Warehouse process development,
  • Maintaining and tuning ETL jobs
  • Proactively solving problems about ETL jobs and taking preventive actions,
  • Continuously keeping up with the new developments regarding DWH, including cloud-based technologies, automation, self decision-making process, researching better ways to serve data to business units, and taking part in the technology selection process.

Qualities We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, MIS, Mathematical Engineering, Mathematics, and related Information Technologies
  • Having reference to at least one DWH & Data Engineering Project.
  • General knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts(Surrogate key, SCD, Partitioning, etc.)
  • Comfortable with writing, testing, and understanding complex SQLs
  • Enjoy doing research and able to gather knowledge to find out and execute best practices of the areas he/she is responsible for
  • Good understanding of English,
  • Able to think proactively and have a result-oriented approach
  • Our Technology Stack: Google Cloud Services, BigQuery, Git, CI/CD, Vertica, Python, Java, Kafka, CDC, Kafka Connect, Azkaban, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Worked on ETL Tools (Informatica, ODI, DataStage, Talend, etc.) or procedural languages (TSQL, PL/SQL, etc.) is a plus
  • Having knowledge about cloud technologies is a plus
  • Worked on MPP environments like Hadoop, Teradata, Netezza, Exadata, Vertica, Spark, etc. is a plus
  • Having experience & knowledge about Streaming Architectures is a plus
  • Having no military obligation for male candidates is preferred.
