What success looks like in this role:
Join us as a Dutch-speaking Knowledge Manager and play a key role in supporting one of the world's largest Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands. In this position, you'll help shape the way thousands of Service Desk agents and end users access and consume knowledge, driving better support experiences and faster resolutions across a global environment.
You will:
Own and continuously improve the IT Service Desk and End User Knowledge Base, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and easy to use
Drive knowledge management excellence by maintaining high-quality documentation that enables efficient and consistent support
Work with ServiceNow as the primary Knowledge Management platform while applying ITIL, KCS, and industry best practices
Partner with Service Desk teams, technical support groups, and business stakeholders across a global organization
Identify opportunities to improve user experience through automation, AI, and GenAI-driven initiatives
Analyze Knowledge Base performance, generate insights and reports, and use data to drive continuous improvement
Lead and contribute to small-scale projects focused on knowledge optimization, efficiency, and innovation
Become a trusted advisor for knowledge management practices within a large international IT organization
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
ITIL Foundation certification or strong ITIL knowledge
At least 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk, IT Support, or similar environment
Professional/Advanced proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Strong understanding of Service Desk processes and end-user support
Excellent writing, editing, and content structuring skills
The ability to translate technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation
A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies, particularly AI and GenAI solutions
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Basic project management experience is an advantage
