Outbound tasks are the key point between departments. As an Outbound Specialist, you will be on the front line of creating the best possible flow for the company’s operational side and, most of all, ensuring customer satisfaction.
With other versatile tasks, a big part of your job will be planning and executing the outbound calls to our customers and helping to maintain the high-performance level within the teams included. You will be controlling the customers’ journey from the beginning and making processes short and effective all the way.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for all outgoing customer inquiries.
- Ensure timely and reliable phone and email-based assistance to players with their document submission or verification.
- Coordinate, execute and collaborate with other departments to handle outbound calls related to registration and document upload.
- Provide exceptional outbound customer service and support to all players.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document submissions.
- Assist in making the registration process smooth and efficient for new customers.
- Responsible for a part of onboarding our new customers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in the Dutch and English language (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or compliance roles.
- Strong eye for details and good organising skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to customer due diligence.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
