Lead new ventures from opportunity discovery through validation, MVP development, launch, and early growth. Conduct customer and market research, design experiments, develop business and revenue models, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive go-to-market strategy, support launch communications, and evaluate performance to recommend scaling, pivoting, or discontinuation.

Supports donors and charity clients through product training, guidance, follow-up, and inside-sales engagement. Acts as a subject matter expert on offerings and the global giving network, coordinates Charity Fund applications and workflow handoffs, and builds relationships across countries and cultures. The role requires CRM pipeline management, strong communication, customer service, organization, cultural competency, confidentiality, virtual collaboration, and alignment with the organization’s Christian mission.

Lead global public relations and corporate communications, including media relations, earned media, executive communications, reputation management, crisis communications, internal communications, stakeholder coordination, communications measurement, and external PR agency management. Develop strategic messaging, manage media inquiries and thought-leadership opportunities, advise senior leadership, and strengthen the organization’s global reputation across multiple markets.

Provide high-impact executive support to the CEO and Chief of Staff: manage calendar and travel, coordinate projects and communications, prepare briefings and presentations, maintain records/CRM, handle sensitive information, improve workflows, and collaborate across global teams.

Support accurate, timely, and compliant accounting across multiple entities: record transactions, reconcile GL, maintain books, assist month-end close, apply US GAAP/IFRS, perform tax research, support regulatory filings, and improve accounting processes. Use Excel and accounting systems to support fund/nonprofit accounting and reporting.
