MRK Partners is seeking an experienced Due Diligence Analyst, responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate information to the team to support informed decision-making. What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential affordable housing development projects and organizing third party reports for the Project Manager to review.
- Analyze market feasibility, including rental rates, occupancy rates, and competitive analysis.
- Track financial documentation, such as cost invoices, for predevelopment planning and bond reimbursements, under direction of the Project Manager.
- Supports multiple projects concurrently under the guidance of the Project Manager, at varying stages of development while meeting or exceeding deadlines; works with team members across the entire business, including accounting, property management, development, and leadership.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with development projects for the Project Manager to review.
- Act as point person on transactions, maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation for senior management.
- Maintains knowledge and information on all vendors and external participants per project for the Project Manager.
- Coordinates project calls and takes notes for the Project Manager.
- Facilitates engagement of partners/vendors, reviews proposals, and saves executed documentation under supervision and guidance from the Project Manager.
- Stay informed about affordable housing regulations, incentives, and industry trends.
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- 1-3 relevant years’ experience, including internships.
- Knowledge of real estate and experience working in multifamily housing environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting applications.
- Expert level proficiency in Excel.
- Experience working with Monday.com Work OS and RealPage software preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and decipher leases, contracts, financials, inspection reports, and title documents.

The salary range for this role is $80-90,000, based on relevant experience
